• Maple: Its tint ranges from creamy white to clear brown. Maple is heavy, hard and very durable. It may at time speckle making it even more appealing.



• White oak: Rift cut oak is yellowish to clear brown and it becomes darker with light exposure. Rough grain, straight veins. Mixed structure. The narrow sapwood is nearly white. Ranks fairly high in all strength properties. Medium bending and resilience. Easy workability.



• Red oak: Red oak's tint ranges from whitish to reddish pink. Hard, heavy and very durable, red oak is demanded for these characteristics and its appearance. Its wood, very rigid and porous, is not impermeable.



• Birch : Birch wood tint ranges from pink to reddish brown. Its sapwood is nearly white. Wavy grained and strong, birch presents an easy workability. It is also called wild cherry and it's wood grain is usually fine.



• Cherry : Sapwood tint ranges from white to creamy pale yellow. Heartwood tint goes from dark red to brownish red. Cherry wood grain is straight and fine and the heartwood appearance gives a luxurious impression and a sense of elegance.
